About Common Ground
Common Ground (CO-MO) is Malaysia’s largest co-working space. It is a launched at year 2012 and until year end of 2018, Common Ground successfully growth to global. At Common Ground, co-working means more than a desk and internet connection in a communal workspace. Their main international branches is located in Thailand and Philiphnes. They hope that everyone that join CO-Mo will improve and get better achivement.
Site Description
The site were sitted at Sunway Giza Mall, Kota Damansara, chosen lot A-16-G & 6-M. Sunway Giza is a happening site that many people gather around at different hour. Crowd will never less seen in Kota Damansara especially Sunway Giza Mall area. People gathered here for lifestyle, food, entertainment and even services.
The ventilation of the chosen lot will be better compare to those that are not corner lot. As it is corner lot which is facing to the main road, it can easily attract passenger sight and get attention from them, free advertising and exposure.
